About Jessica

I'm Jessica Vining, a Registered Psychotherapist offering virtual therapy to adults throughout Ontario. My practice is built on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what matters most to you — at your own pace.

Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, I work collaboratively with you to identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities. Therapy is a partnership, and my role is to walk alongside you with empathy, honesty, and respect for your autonomy.

All sessions are held securely via video call, so you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space — anywhere in Ontario.

Adults (18+) seeking individual therapy. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and more.
What to expect
Our first conversation is a chance to connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and see if we're a good fit. There is no obligation to continue after an initial consultation.
