Email delivery is handled by a secure third-party email service (Resend) solely for the purpose of delivering your message to our clinic inbox.
Not for emergencies
The contact form and clinic email are not monitored 24/7 and are not appropriate for crisis or emergency situations. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988 (Suicide Crisis Helpline).
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and manage the client intake process. If you become a client, additional privacy practices apply as part of the informed consent process for therapy.
